Dear all,
31st Asadh 2066, BS (the last day of the current financial
year), an opportune
moment to thank you all for your unstinted support, candid and
continued cooperation in helping us handle reasonably good
volumes especially container volumes vis-à-vis targets set.
It is beyond doubt that it would not have been possible without
the support of the trade. I would take the privilege to thank
the Ministry of comm., Nepal, NITDB, Indian embassy, Indian
Railways specially Hajipur Zone and Samastipur div.,
BICCI, NICCI, NEFFA, CG OF NEPAL (Kolkatta), CONCOR-Eastern
Region, Nepal and Indian customs, CHA'S and Freight forwarders
in Birgunj and Nepal, acme customers and all others.
I may be pardoned if I have inadvertently missed a few names in
the aforesaid,
albeit the contribution of whom is not undermined and is
everlasting.
Having said all above I must highlight areas of improvement i.e-
Handling of Bulk and Break bulk cargo. Bulk cargo I am sure with
the opening up of Flat and tank wagons (which apparently are a
near possibility) could be handled more in the days to come.
Break bulk cargo handling with our reasonable rates , state of
the art W/H facility should rise of the ladder.
Regarding container volumes it's time to raise the bar and HTPL
hopes it will
continue getting the invaluable support from all.
Thanking you all once gain
With good wishes
